The American Women’s Club of Amsterdam hosts an annual June luncheon. Gathering over 90 international women and expats, this early-summer celebration wraps up the club's operations before taking a summer recess until September. After a long, cold, and windy winter, spring in Amsterdam feels like a breath of fresh air. I wanted to capture this feeling of renewal in the invitation and poster I created for the luncheon. The result is a delightful and whimsical illustration that is frame-worthy.
