I created the gratitude app as a way for people to cultivate a daily habit of practicing gratitude. The user is able to view past entries, email entries to friends and family, set goals for personal gratitude practice, and create a word map which illustrates the words that appear most frequently in entries.

The yellow and purple brand colors are simultaneously cheerful and calm, evoking similar emotions that feeling grateful does. A closed eye, smiling expression forms the base for the logo mark and hand drawn illustrations, and represents introspection and thoughtfulness.
